Yesterday, I caught up with my longtime Japanese friend Takao over pork gukbap at Busan Jeong (부산정, 釜山情), a new spot on Capitol Hill. The soup had no porky smell, and the prices were reasonable. A satisfying meal out in Seattle, made even better by good conversation with an old friend.
